I love to teach, that's the bottom line. Last year because of the economy I was laid off after teaching for 13 years. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Child Development for California State University at Northridge. I expected to find job in a therapeutic situation and continue my education. To make money in the mean time I took a job as a substitute teacher. My first day in the classroom was awesome; I called my husband and told him that I couldn't believe that I got paid for this.
